Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options

We offer tracked and insured shipping on all orders. We strongly recommend selecting tracked and insured shipping to protect your purchase. If a customer chooses to ship without tracking or insurance, they do so at their own risk. Kootenay Bead Weaver is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that were shipped without tracking or insurance, and no refunds or replacements will be issued in these cases.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your order has shipped, delivery is outside of our control.

International Shipping

We ship to the United States and may ship to other international destinations. All US orders ship via Canada Post with tracking and insurance included. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note that US customers may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping rate. Kootenay Bead Weaver is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package was shipped with tracking and insurance and arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim.
