2. Sales Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Shipping

We strongly recommend tracked and insured shipping for all orders. If a customer chooses not to purchase tracked and/or insured shipping, they do so at their own risk. Kootenay Bead Weaver is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages shipped without tracking or insurance.

4. Accuracy of Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if product information, pricing, or availability contains errors.
